PLC Automation

PLC Automation & Integration

Control logic, HMI and upper-layer integration on the PLC platforms Taiwan's factories actually run: Beckhoff, Mitsubishi and Keyence.

Platforms We Work On

Three controller families, each programmed in its own vendor toolchain and connected over its native protocols

Beckhoff

Series
TwinCAT 3
Protocols
ADS, EtherCAT
Tools
TwinCAT XAE, IEC 61131-3 Structured Text

Mitsubishi

Series
MELSEC iQ-R / iQ-F
Protocols
MC Protocol, SLMP
Tools
GX Works3

Keyence

Series
KV-8000 series
Protocols
MC-compatible communication
Tools
KV STUDIO

What We Deliver

From the I/O list to the handed-over program, one team covers the controller, the operator screens and the data path upward

Control logic development

PLC programs for new lines and for retrofits of running lines, written against the customer's I/O list and sequence specification.

HMI and operator screens

Operator screens that match the control logic: alarms, recipes and manual modes, designed with the people who run the line.

Data acquisition and MES handoff

PLC data to the upper layers over Modbus, ADS or MC Protocol, so production records and traceability come from the controller itself.

Commissioning and on-site support

Commissioning and support from our service coverage in Hsinchu, Taichung, Tainan and Kaohsiung.

Where the PLC Sits

Field I/O into the controller, the controller into an edge gateway, and the gateway into the factory's MES and dashboards

Field I/O
EtherCAT
PLC
ADS · MC Protocol · Modbus
Edge / gateway
Web / API
MES / dashboards

Field I/O

Sensors, actuators, drives and remote I/O terminals wired to the controller over EtherCAT or hardwired signals

PLC

Runs the control logic and sequence, owns the machine state and exposes it over ADS, MC Protocol or Modbus

Edge / gateway

Polls the controller, buffers and normalizes the data and forwards it to the upper layers

MES / dashboards

Production records, traceability and live dashboards built from the controller's data

How We Deliver

Three steps from the I/O list to a documented program running on site

01

Requirements and I/O list review

Confirm the sequence, the I/O list and the interfaces to upstream and downstream equipment.

02

Logic development and simulation

Write and simulate the control logic and screens before the hardware is on site.

03

Commissioning and handover

Commission on site, train operators and hand over the documented program.
