Energy Management

Factory Energy Management System

Make factory electricity visible, attributable and controllable: demand monitoring, Taipower tariff simulation and bill reconciliation, equipment utilization analytics and alerting on an industrial gateway platform.

What the System Does

Six functions built on one set of metered data, from the 15-minute demand interval to the monthly bill

Real-time demand monitoring and over-contract early warning

Projects the current 15-minute demand interval before it closes and raises an alert before the contracted capacity is exceeded.

Taiwan Power Company (Taipower) tariff plan simulation

Runs the measured load curve against alternative Taipower tariff plans and shows which plan costs less for the way the plant actually runs.

Taipower bill import and reconciliation

Imports the electronic bill (CSV) and cross-checks each billing period against metered consumption, so consumption on the bill can be traced back to the metered circuits.

Contract capacity optimization

Evaluates the contracted capacity against the measured demand curve so the basic charge is sized to real peak demand, not to a guess.

Equipment utilization analytics

Derives running, idle and stopped time for each machine from its power signature, without touching the machine's controller.

Power event log and alert push

Records trips, voltage anomalies and over-contract events with their waveforms, and pushes alerts by email and Telegram.

Management Dashboard

The management system runs on the gateway's web platform. Dashboards, tariff analysis and utilization reports are built from the same metered data, so the plant and the office look at one set of numbers.

How We Deliver

Three steps from the first panel count to a validated, handed-over system

01

Site survey

Count the panels and circuits, confirm measurement points and wiring conditions.

02

Installation and commissioning

Install meters, CTs and the gateway, set up communications and the management platform.

03

Acceptance and training

Validate data against the bill, train operators, hand over with ongoing support.

Do you know where the electricity goes?

Tell us how many panels and circuits you run and which Taipower tariff you are on. We will scope the measurement points and the platform with you.
